The usual dosage of Hydrocil® Instant (3.7 grams) is one level scoopful or one rounded teaspoonful morning and night or as directed by a physician. Hydrocil® Instant contains natural bulk-producing dietary fiber which promotes normal, gentle elimination. Also useful for the treatment of bowel disorders other than constipation, when recommended by a physician.

Each 3.7gram dose contains 3.5 grams of psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid. Inactive ingredients: polyethylene glycol and povidone.
